A resin detail set of the Quickboost brand from the manufacturer Aires in 1:72 scale. It is not an aircraft model but a replacement propeller complemented by an assembly jig for setting the angle of the blades precisely. With this set you replace the plastic propeller on a finished model of the P-51 Mustang fighter in the B, C and D versions.
The North American P-51 Mustang was an American single-seat fighter of the Second World War. It was powered by a liquid-cooled V12 engine with a three-blade constant-speed propeller; the B and C versions had a framed canopy, while the D version had the characteristic bubble canopy.
Wash the mold release residue off the parts and carefully separate the casting blocks. The enclosed jig serves for gluing the blades at the correct angle and with symmetrical spacing. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and wear respiratory protection while sanding.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
