Peewit P-51C Mustang / Mustang Mk.III 1:72 are precise self-adhesive painting masks made of thin washi (kabuki) tape for clean masking of the canopy glazing and the wheels when airbrushing.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely cut self-adhesive masks made of fine washi (kabuki) tape from Peewit. They allow quick, clean masking of the canopy glazing, and of the wheels and other small areas, when spraying paint with an airbrush or a brush. The material follows the shape of the frames well, holds along the edge of the engraved lines and leaves no adhesive residue once peeled off. The masks are cut for a specific kit in 1:72 scale.
The North American P-51C Mustang was an American single-seat fighter powered by the license-built Packard Merlin engine. The P-51C corresponded to the B variant built in a different plant and had a framed canopy; in British service it carried the designation Mustang Mk.III. The Mustang was among the most successful long-range fighters of the Second World War, above all as a bomber escort.
For modelers who want sharp color edges without the slow cutting of tape, and for builders who appreciate quick and reliable masking of glazing.
These are painting masks, not a model. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
