This set of water-slide decals in 1:72 scale contains the complete technical legends for models of the Panavia Tornado GR.1 attack aircraft in the gray and green camouflage. These are not the color schemes of particular machines but the fine service, operating and warning legends that give a model a realistic, populated surface. The set is made by the Czech manufacturer Eduard.

What the set is for

The technical legends cover the airframe with maintenance and safety captions, with the marks of access panels, filler points and other service points. The version for the gray and green camouflage has the legends toned to match a dark base, so that they stand out on it correctly.

Use

• Lay the decals over a smooth gloss clear coat, so that no silvering appears
• Use a softener so that they settle into the engraved lines
• Work with plenty of water and fine tweezers or a brush
• Once dry, go over the area with a protective clear coat
