A color 3D-printed interior from Quinta Studio in 1:72 scale, intended for models of the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft system. The raised, full-color cabin detail is printed on backing decal paper and transferred onto the model by soaking in water. It is not photo-etch and not resin. The target kit is Zvezda.
The Pantsir-S1 is a Russian mobile anti-aircraft missile and gun system on a wheeled chassis, combining guided missiles and rapid-fire cannon for defense against aircraft and drones. The interior consists of the crew cabin with its instrument panel and controls.
Brush the cabin surfaces with gloss varnish (Future, Klear or Tamiya X-22) and let them dry. Cut the part from the sheet, soak it for about fifteen seconds in lukewarm water and slide it off the paper into place; it has no adhesive layer of its own and holds precisely on the gloss varnish. Blot the moisture away, and on a broken-up shape a drop of super glue helps. Do not use decal softener or setting solution, their chemistry attacks the printed resin.
This is an accessory for a plastic model, not a model in its own right. The Zvezda base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
