The set comes from a modeling range aimed at an easier and quicker build, so the parts are clearly divided up. The package holds sprues with plastic parts and a decal sheet. It is a rewarding model even for modelers who are only just starting with a small scale.
The Panzerkampfwagen III was among the backbone of the German armored forces at the start of the Second World War. The early Ausf. B version differed from the later machines above all in the design of the running gear and the suspension, which was still being developed. Only a small number were built and they served mainly for training and in the first campaigns, which makes it an interesting and less usual subject.
The clearly divided parts make the build easier, but still glue with liquid cement for plastic and cut the small sections out carefully. Finish the running gear before the further steps. An airbrush and a base color suit the painting; the early German machines carried a mostly uniform dark gray finish, which you bring to life with washes and a gentle dry brush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The glue, the paints and the accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
