The subject is a French armored car that the German army captured in larger numbers after the campaign of 1940 and assigned to reconnaissance and security duties. The four-wheeled vehicle with its good range and rotating turret was used for long-range reconnaissance as well as for service in the occupied territories; some of the vehicles were rearmed with heavier weapons.
Use liquid cement for plastic and carefully clean up the seams on the body, the fenders and the turret. Finish the suspension and the wheels before you close the chassis. A primer and an airbrush are a good choice; captured vehicles carried plain German finishes and markings. Fine-tune the weathering with a wash in the recesses and with dust and mud pigments on the wheels and the suspension.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
