Peewit PZL 23 Karas 1:72: a set of self-adhesive painting masks for the glazing and the cockpit frames of a model of the Polish PZL 23 Karas light bomber and reconnaissance aircraft. It is an accessory to a plastic kit, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
Accurately cut self-adhesive Peewit masks for masking off the glazed areas and the cockpit frames of a model of the PZL 23 Karas in 1:72 scale. The masks make it possible to spray the canopy frames sharply and cleanly with none of the drawn-out peeling of tape. It is not a model of an aircraft but an accessory set meant for a particular kit of this aircraft.
The PZL 23 Karas was a Polish single-engine light bomber and reconnaissance aircraft of the second half of the 1930s. It was powered by a radial engine and the crew numbered three men. It was deployed by the Polish Air Force during the defensive campaign of September 1939.
Lift the parts carefully off the sheet, move them onto clean glazing and press them home. Cover the open areas inside the frames with masking fluid or tape. Apply the paint in thin coats and lift the mask off while the finish is still fresh, so that it does not peel.
This is an accessory set of masks. The kit itself, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
