A sheet with elements arranged in single radial rows, in 1:72 scale. The elements transfer onto the model from a carrier sheet.
Responsibility details are not available.
According to the name the sheet carries elements arranged in single radial rows, that is in lines running out from one center. The arrangement matches circular assemblies on the surface of a model. Which elements are on the sheet, how many there are and what real subject they are cut for is described in the manufacturer's instructions, which also govern where the rows go on the model.
Before applying them, check in the manufacturer's instructions whether the elements carry their own adhesive or are meant for soaking. A mistake at this step is irreversible in one direction: water will ruin an element that carries its own adhesive, whereas a wet decal that has not been soaked can be picked up again and soaked. The base should be smooth, clean and degreased, best under a gloss varnish on which the edge of the carrier film will not stand out. Go over the finished work with a varnish that hides the transitions.
In a small scale the elements are genuinely tiny, so all the work takes place under good light and with a magnifier. Cut the sheet close to the elements but not into them, and move the individual pieces on the tip of a moistened brush rather than with tweezers, which easily damage them at this size. Align the row to the shapes of the model while there is still moisture under the element and it can be moved.
The sheet suits a modeler who follows surface detail even in a small scale and wants a regular row more reliably than by painting it. The model, paints and varnish are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
