Spitfire Mk.I seat with belts 1:72 (Quickboost) is a resin aircraft accessory in 1:72 scale from Quickboost. It is not an airplane model, but a detail part. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin pilot seat with cast safety belts for the British Supermarine Spitfire Mk.I fighter in 1:72 scale. It is an aftermarket detail part for the cockpit that replaces the simplified plastic seat from the base kit, not a stand-alone airplane model.
The Supermarine Spitfire was a British single-engine fighter with a V12 Rolls-Royce Merlin engine. The Mk.I version was the first production variant and the main fighter of the Royal Air Force at the beginning of the Second World War, above all in the Battle of Britain. The pilot seat was a prominent element of an otherwise cramped cockpit.
Resin parts call for more careful work than plastic: first wash them free of mold release residue, separate them carefully from the casting block and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Protect your airways when sanding and cutting small parts. Apply a primer before painting. Bring out the cast belts with shading and a fine dry brush; seat the part dry and check its position before closing up the cockpit.
The part is supplied as a resin accessory, unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
