Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit of the Swedish Stridsvagn m/39 (Strv m/39) light tank in 1:72 scale from the Polish maker IBG Models. It is a small but detailed model; depending on the boxing it also comes with photo-etched parts. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Stridsvagn m/39 belonged to the family of Swedish light tanks derived from the Landsverk L-60. The m/38, m/39 and m/40 versions followed one another and differed in the details of their armor and armament. These tanks were the backbone of Sweden's armored units at the turn of the 1930s and 1940s, and Sweden kept them in service through the Second World War, in which it stayed neutral. The Landsverk design was modern for its day and the well-known Hungarian Toldi light tank was derived from it under license. The main armament was a gun of smaller caliber supplemented by machine guns.
In the small 1:72 scale work with a sharp cutter and place the tiny parts with tweezers; glue the photo-etched items with cyanoacrylate. Apply a primer before painting. Swedish interwar and wartime vehicles most often wore a uniform dark green finish, which you can bring to life with a light wash in the recesses and a dry brush on the edges. Finish the running gear before the hull is closed up.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
