Cast resin air intake louvers from Quickboost for a plastic model of the Soviet Sukhoi Su-27 Flanker B fighter in 1:72 scale. The accessory captures the protective guards in the air intake ducts faithfully.
The Sukhoi Su-27 was a Soviet twin-engine air superiority fighter. It had protective louvers in the air intakes, which during takeoff and landing kept foreign objects from being drawn in off the runway.
First wash the parts to remove any mold release residue, separate the casting blocks carefully and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate), since plastic cement has no effect on resin. Sand resin with respiratory protection.
This is a resin accessory, not an aircraft model. The kit itself and glue are not included in the package.
