This resin accessory from the Quickboost brand (a range of the maker Aires) brings an exactly cast exhaust pipe for models of the Fairey Swordfish Mk.I torpedo biplane in 1:72 scale. The resin part has crisper definition and a more accurate shape than the usual plastic parts from a kit.
The Fairey Swordfish was a British carrier torpedo biplane which, despite its outdated design, played a significant role in the Second World War - it became famous among other things for the attacks on the Italian fleet at Taranto and for damaging the battleship Bismarck. Its characteristic exhausts are among its prominent recognition features.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
