A set of small miniatures of the German Tellermine 35 St antitank plate mine in 1:72 scale. It is an accessory for building a scene, not a model on its own. The manufacturer also makes the same subject in larger scales, so it can be matched to a diorama of any size.
The accessory fills the typical empty spots on a model where a scene is at its least convincing: the load areas of vehicles, open boxes, depots, little heaps of equipment beside figures or the terrain of a diorama. The miniatures have a uniform shape and size, so they can be used repeatedly side by side without the scene looking incoherent.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife so that the regular circular outline stays intact, and sand the face down gently. A base color will ensure adhesion, and then apply the final shade over it. An interesting look comes from a dark wash run into the outlines and a light shading of the edges with a dry brush. For gluing we recommend cyanoacrylate glue, which reliably joins a small part to plastic as well as to the base of a diorama.
The set is an accessory for a model, not a kit on its own. It is supplied unpainted; paints, glue and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
