Responsibility details are not available.
A collector model of the American wheeled combat vehicle M1128 Stryker Mobile Gun System in 1:72 scale. The model is finished, factory-assembled and painted including the markings and is ready to be displayed straight away. The form corresponds to a vehicle of the 2nd Cavalry Regiment based in Germany in 2020. It is not a kit; the model is complete from the factory.
The Stryker is a family of American armored personnel carriers with drive to all eight wheels, derived under license from the Canadian LAV III vehicle. The M1128 Mobile Gun System is the most conspicuous member of the whole family. It carries a low-profile turret with a gun of 105 mm caliber backed by an autoloader, thanks to which it makes do with a small crew. The vehicle's task was the direct fire support of infantry in the Stryker brigades, especially destroying fortified positions and breaking through obstacles. The vehicle was introduced in the middle of the 2000s and the US Army withdrew it from service at the start of the 2020s.
Place the model in a display case or on a shelf out of direct sunlight, because ultraviolet light shifts the shades of the finish and the decals over time. Remove dust with a soft brush or a blower, and use no solvents and no cleaning products that could damage the finish. Pick the model up by the hull, not by the barrel, the mirrors or the antennas, which are the thinnest parts of the casting. The 1:72 scale combines well with other collector vehicles of the same size into a display case collection.
This is a finished painted collector model, not a kit. It is not intended for play.
