Star Decals 1:72 War in Ukraine No. 18 - the Russian BMP-2 is a sheet of water-slide decals with the markings of Russian BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles of the years 2022 to 2023.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a sheet of wet (water-slide) decals in 1:72 scale, not a kit. The set is devoted to Russian BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles committed in the years 2022 and 2023. The decals will round a matching plastic model out with period tactical markings and identification symbols.
The BMP-2 is a tracked infantry fighting vehicle with a two-man turret armed with a 30mm automatic cannon and anti-tank guided missiles. It serves for carrying and for the fire support of infantry. The vehicles committed in the period mentioned carried tactical numbers and improvised identification insignia characteristic of the hardware in this conflict.
Go over the area under a decal with gloss varnish for perfect seating. Soak the cut-out decal in lukewarm water, slide it onto the model and position it. Settling into details and engraving will be supported by a decal softener; a final matte varnish brings the markings together with the surface.
This is a sheet of decals on its own. The model, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
