A collector's resin figure 75 mm tall from the Polish brand Panzer Art. It depicts a man-at-arms of the Teutonic Order from the period of the Polish-Teutonic wars, from the time of the Battle of Plowce in 1331. It is a multi-part casting for experienced modelers and collectors of historical figures; it is supplied unassembled and unpainted and is meant for display, not as a toy.
The Teutonic Order was a medieval military religious order which in the 13th and 14th centuries built a state of its own on the Baltic coast and repeatedly went to war with the Kingdom of Poland. At the Battle of Plowce in 1331 the army of the Polish king Wladyslaw I the Elbow-high clashed with the forces of the Order. The knights of the Order are marked out by a white mantle with a black cross, mail or plate armor and heavy cavalry equipment.
First wash the parts free of mold release agent residue, separate them carefully from the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); protect your airways when sanding resin. Apply a primer before painting. Figures are most often painted with acrylics or oils by brush, with the emphasis on shading the face, the metal surfaces of the armor and the fabric of the mantle.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
