Amodel 1:144 B-57G is an injection-molded plastic kit of the American tactical bomber derived from the British Canberra. A small scale suitable for a collection and a display case.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:144 scale from the manufacturer Amodel captures the American Martin B-57G tactical bomber. The small scale makes the model undemanding on space and suitable for a collection and a display case alike. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Martin B-57 was an American tactical bomber and reconnaissance aircraft, developed under license and adapted from the British English Electric Canberra jet bomber. The B-57G version was the late night variant fitted with sensors for finding ground targets, committed above all in Southeast Asia. It was an interesting American development of an originally British design.
On a model in the small 1:144 scale it pays to clean up the mold seams carefully and to fine-tune the seating of the landing gear and the cockpit. Use liquid cement for plastic, treat the surface with a base coat and spray thin coats with an airbrush. A fine panel wash will bring out the breakdown of the airframe without looking coarse in the small scale.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
