American fire truck crew (1910) 1:24 is a set of plastic figures of American firefighters of the early 20th century.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set contains plastic kit figures of an American fire crew from around 1910. The figures are designed to go with a period fire truck of the same scale and suit the making of a genre scene or a diorama of the early 20th century. The parts are injection-molded in plastic.
Fire brigades at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries used a mixture of horse-drawn and the first motor pumps. The firefighters' uniforms of the period, with their long coats and helmets, give a scene a strongly period atmosphere.
Clean the parts of flash and join them with plastic cement. It pays to set the cloth of the uniforms, the leather and the metal fittings carefully apart. Complete the brush painting with washes and fine dry highlighting of the folds.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the model of the truck are not included in the package.
