Weapons and equipment of German First World War infantry 1:35 is a plastic accessory set from ICM with infantry weapons and field gear for dioramas and figure scenes.
Responsibility details are not available.
This detailed plastic set from ICM in 1:35 scale brings a complete collection of weapons and personal equipment of German infantry from the period of the First World War. It is not a vehicle model or a figure kit but an add-on set intended to enliven dioramas and display scenes and to complete soldiers. The parts are injection-molded from plastic and are assembled with ordinary cement for plastic.
The set includes the typical infantry weapons and equipment of the German army of the period: bolt-action rifles and carbines, light machine guns, submachine guns, pistols with holsters, an anti-tank rifle, hand grenades, bayonets, steel helmets, gas masks with cases, entrenching tools and picks, mess tins, water bottles and other small gear. The individual items are finely detailed and suited to 1:35 scale.
Cut the parts from the sprues with a sharp knife and glue the cleaned-up surfaces with thin cement for plastic. Bring out the metal parts in shades of steel and iron, the wooden stocks in brown tones and the fabric straps in field gray-green. Final weathering with washes and dry-brushing gives the gear a realistic worn appearance.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and figures are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
