This injection-molded plastic kit from the Italian brand Italeri in 1:24 scale captures the classic Dutch long-haul tractor DAF 95 in the Master Truck version. The richly detailed kit allows the frame with its mechanical elements, the engine and the spacious cab to be assembled in detail. The box contains plastic parts, rubber tires, waterslide decals and instructions. The model belongs to the classic Italeri tractors that collectors of trucks have taken to.
The DAF 95 was one of the most successful long-haul tractors of the Dutch brand DAF. The version with the spacious Space Cab was designed for driver comfort on long international routes. The truck brought a range of technical and visual improvements over its predecessors and was valued by professionals in road haulage. The 95 series is one of the icons of European trucking in the 1980s and 1990s.
Use thin cement on the plastic. Spray the cab with an airbrush over primer and polish it to the gloss typical of a tractor unit. Apply the chrome parts and the decals only onto a finished coat; paint and fit the engine, the frame and the cab interior before you close the cab up.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
