German 2 m antenna (1:25) is an Aber detail set for a faithful rod antenna on models of German vehicles.

A metal detail set from the Polish maker Aber in 1:25 scale for a faithful rendering of the two-meter rod antenna of German vehicles of the Second World War. It replaces the coarse or missing plastic part with a thin, straight and correctly tapered metal antenna, including its base on the hull.
The radio antenna is a slender but plainly visible feature of German armored and wheeled vehicles. Plastic parts tend to be too thick or warped; the metal version gives a model the right fineness, straightness and thickness to scale. The length to scale matches the two-meter antenna of the real thing.
Degrease the antenna and the base before gluing and prime them with a primer for metal. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Fit the antenna only at the very end of the build so that it is not damaged in handling.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
