Aber 1:35 photo-etched detail set - Pz.Kpfw. I, Ausf.A (Sd.Kfz.101), basic set is a photo-etched metal accessory for refining the build of the German Panzer I Ausf.A light tank.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a photo-etched metal detail set, not a kit for the whole vehicle. The basic set (vol.1) adds fine metal details to the plastic kit of the Panzer I Ausf.A light tank, details that injected plastic cannot capture at the right thickness. It is meant as an add-on for a model of this vehicle in 1:35 scale.
The Panzer I Ausf.A was a German light tank from the first half of the 1930s. The A version had a shorter chassis and an air-cooled Krupp engine, and its armament was a pair of machine guns in the turret. It was fielded in the Spanish Civil War and in the early campaigns of the Second World War, where it already lagged behind as a combat tank and served mainly for training and as a command or support vehicle.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife on a glass surface and form the bends on a photo-etch bending tool for clean edges. To bond metal to plastic, use cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) or a two-part epoxy. Degrease the parts and apply a primer suitable for metal before spraying the base color.
This is a detail set, not a vehicle model. The base kit, glue, paints and other parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
