Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic set of historical figures in 1:35 scale from the Ukrainian manufacturer ICM. The set renders Ottoman (Turkish) infantrymen of the First World War with period uniform, equipment and infantry armament. The figures are intended to be assembled, painted and used to bring dioramas and display scenes of the Great War era to life. The exact number of figures and pose variants is stated by the manufacturer.
Between 1915 and 1918 the Ottoman army deployed infantry on several fronts of the First World War, among others at Gallipoli, in the Middle East and in the Caucasus. The soldiers wore the characteristic period uniform and the headgear typical of the Ottoman ground forces. The set serves as a factual historical accessory for modelers interested in this period.
Cut the small parts off the sprues and join them with liquid modeling cement for plastic. Apply a primer before painting, ideally with an airbrush. Bring out the faces and the uniform with shading and dry-brushing; washes into the folds of the cloth and light wear on the equipment work well for a faithful look.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
