The RF-5A is the reconnaissance variant of the light supersonic Freedom Fighter. It carried a set of cameras in the nose while keeping its combat capability. The aircraft was widespread among a number of export users and was valued for its low operating costs and simple maintenance. The type served with European and non-European air forces alike.
We recommend a thin liquid plastic cement and cleaning up the mold seams. Finish the cockpit and the instrument panel before closing the fuselage, and mask the glazing carefully. Use a primer and an airbrush; gray and metal schemes as well as bold stripes stand out over a smooth base. Fit the external stores and the landing gear with care.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
