An injection-molded plastic kit of the two-seat version of the SEPECAT Jaguar ground-attack aircraft in British service. For this box the manufacturer gives gray and clear plastic sprues, photo-etched parts and decals for Royal Air Force machines. Check the contents of the package on the box.
The Jaguar was a joint British and French project. It was originally meant to be a trainer, but in the end it became a ground-attack aircraft for all-weather strikes on ground targets at minimum altitude. The two-seat British T.2 version kept full combat capability and served to train crews. After the cockpit and the equipment were modernized, the two-seaters received the designation T.4 at the end of their career. The Royal Air Force retired the Jaguars in 2007, after more than thirty years of service.
The two-seat cockpit is long and clearly visible on the model, so finish it including the belts and the seats before closing the fuselage. The long intake ducts are worth filling and sanding, otherwise you can see inside. Add the weight before gluing the front section together. Spray the British camouflage in two coats starting from the lighter tone and settle the decals over a gloss clear coat; do not overdo heavy weathering on this type.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
