ABS Plasticard - Profile SQUARED TUBE 6mm

ABS Plasticard - Profile SQUARED TUBE 6mm from Green Stuff World

This is material for building, a plastic profile with a hollow square section. It is not a model and not a part of a particular kit but a raw material from which a modeler prepares structures, accessories and scenery elements of their own. The name carries all the essential details: the material ABS, the Plasticard range, the SQUARED TUBE shape, that is a hollow square profile, and the 6 mm size. The wall thickness, the length and the number of pieces in the package are given by the manufacturer on the packaging.

What the name says

• The material ABS, the Plasticard range from Green Stuff World.
• The SQUARED TUBE shape, that is a profile with a hollow square section.
• The 6 mm size, the largest of the four the label makes the profile in.
• Meant as material for building, not as a finished kit.

How to choose the right size

Green Stuff World makes this profile in sizes of 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm, so a size matching the structure you have in mind can be picked. Hollow square profiles are made by other labels too, and they differ in the way the manufacturer gives the dimensions. Before ordering, therefore, compare the figure in the name with what you need, because the size is the main distinguishing feature of a profile.

Who it is for

For modelers who make accessories and structures of their own, for builders of dioramas and buildings and for players who build gaming terrain. Profiles suit a stock of material on the workbench, where they tend to be to hand alongside other shapes and thicknesses.
