Green Stuff World Acrylic Color Tiger Brown is a water-thinnable acrylic paint for figures in a warm brown shade. It comes into its own where shadow is being worked with, in the hollows of leather, fur and wood.

Tiger Brown belongs to the Acrylic Color line of the Spanish brand Green Stuff World, that is among the water-based acrylics for painting figures and models for a gaming table. It thins with water or with an acrylic thinner, the brushes clean with water and it does not mix with lacquers or with oil paints. The shade belongs to the warm brown group.
In the three steps of painting a figure, base, shadow and highlight, it tends to be the middle step that decides the result most. A warm brown is the universal choice for it on all earthy and leather areas. Apply it in a thin, thinned coat deliberately into the hollows: under straps, into the gaps between planks, into the engraved detail of fur and under the straps of boots. Let it dry and check whether the shadow really sits in the bottom and has not run onto a raised area; if it has, go over the area with the base color. Only then does the highlight come. Anyone who skips this step gets a figure that is flat from a meter away.
For players who are building an army with plenty of leather gear, and for diorama modelers, for whom brown is the basic working color. With a brush it is applied straight; for an airbrush it is thinned, and the ratio should be checked on a test part.
Shake thoroughly before use. Store it closed, protect it from frost and keep it out of reach of children.
