A diameter of 0.7 mm, a flat head of wide shape with a simple slot, intended for detailing motorcycle models.
Responsibility details are not available.
This step tends to be the first choice when a modeler is replacing the molded dots on chain guards, on footpegs and on the mounting of fenders. A shape of head with a large area and a low height comes across as soft from close by rather than sharp, and that is exactly why it suits even places where a sharp hexagon would look too technical.
A dry assembly on friction has the advantage that it can be undone at any time. But as soon as the model is handled, a small head works loose and disappears. Anyone counting on the machine being carried about or taken to a show should secure it with glue.
The safest is a gel glue applied with a pin into the hole before the element goes in. The thin variant likes to creep up the shank and leaves a glossy ring around the head, which on matte paint there is nothing to mask with. Anyone gluing at the very end should put a piece of paper tape under the place as a catching rim.
Think over, too, whether you will be able to reach the place at all once the surrounding parts are glued. Access with a tool matters more on a small joint than on anything else; afterward it can only be fitted with tweezers bent to a right angle.
