Five coarser steps of the low hexagon in one package, from 0.8 mm up to 1.2 mm.
Responsibility details are not available.
The upper package of this line holds 0.8 and 0.9 millimeters, a full millimeter and then 1.1 and 1.2 millimeters. Together it covers the layer of joints that hold something on a machine: the rings around engine covers, exhaust flanges, brake calipers, the mounting of shock absorbers and the pivots of the rear swingarm. It is with this group that having the sizes together pays off the most, because neighboring assemblies often differ by a single step.
On the real subject the whole group can be recognized by the heads not standing on their own: either they repeat in a regular circle around a cover, or they come in groups of two to four at one flange. A solitary coarse head in the middle of a smooth surface is, by contrast, rather the exception and on a model it looks out of place. Anyone building from a photograph should follow this rhythm before the size itself.
First lay out how many heads each group has, and only then choose the size. Fit them in opposite pairs, so that the spacing does not go out, and leave the coarser steps for the assemblies where a larger flange is visible under the head. The metal version stays legible even under a coat, which at sizes this small is decisive.
