An arbor head with a lowered profile, 1.0 mm in diameter. It suits fender mounts and brackets, where the joint should be visible but must not overpower the shape of the part.

A whole millimeter looks like a dimension that sharp tweezers can still handle. They cannot. Narrowed tips rest against the rounded head at two points, so the slightest twist of the wrist squeezes the part out like a pip and it flies off in an arc across half the room. That is how a stock disappears piece by piece, and a simple change of tool prevents it.
The best tool is a pair of tweezers with flat, slightly roughened jaws that close around the head over its whole face. A toothpick with a drop of adhesive putty, or modeling wax on the tip, is even more reliable: the part sits on it, can be turned and releases itself when pushed into the hole. Self-locking tweezers are good for carrying parts, but for seating them in a hole they are needlessly stiff.
A diameter of one tenth of a centimeter fits places where the joint should be clear at first glance but must not overpower the surrounding shapes: fender mounts, footpeg brackets, the lower clips of covers. The lowered head profile, which the word light refers to, keeps the whole thing flat, so even seen from the side it does not stand above the outline of the part.
Before you fix anything in place it pays to assemble the group loosely and look at it from a distance. A dimension that looks right in the hand can be lost on a large surface and coarse on a small bracket. A second spent on this check saves drilling out an already painted part later.
Anyone who builds several machines in a row saves time by noting down which grade each place called for.
