A set of five hollow brass pipes of 1 mm outside diameter. They serve as material for detailing and for building your own parts (scratchbuilding) on plastic models and dioramas. Thanks to the hollow construction they can also be used where an opening is needed or where a thinner wire or a pipe of smaller diameter has to pass through.
For modelers who replace plastic parts with metal for strength and scale fineness. Brass is easy to cut, sand and solder; it is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or soldered. Before painting, degrease the surface and use a primer for metal.
Cutting leaves sharp edges - work carefully. Do not breathe in the metal filings and sweep them up.
