BRONZE GREEN 17ML

Bronze Green, 17 ml, AK interactive

An acrylic modeling paint from the Air series in a 17 ml bottle. Bronze Green is a dark green shade with a brownish cast. The manufacturer places it in its set of shades for the interiors of American aircraft of the Second World War period, where it is used on instrument panels, frames and the inner surfaces of cockpits. The paint is water-based, without aggressive solvents, and satin once dry.

Use

• Interiors: spray the whole space in one uniform tone and only then bring out the detail. A dark green responds nicely to a lighter dry brush and to edge highlighting.
• Airbrush: the consistency of the Air series allows spraying practically without thinning, or you can thin it with the manufacturer's acrylic thinner or a little water.
• Brush: for small interior detail the covering power is good, but still count on two thin coats.
• Shake the bottle before use and apply the paint over a primer, otherwise it holds less well on smooth plastic.
• A dark wash suits the recesses of a cockpit well and underlines the structure; apply it only once the paint is fully dry, after roughly 24 hours.

Who the paint is for

For modelers of American aircraft who want an interior in the shade the manufacturer declares, and for anyone looking for a dark saturated green in a water-thinnable acrylic. It can also be used on equipment, crates and diorama accessories.

Store tightly closed, out of the reach of children, above freezing. When spraying with an airbrush, ventilate and protect your airways.
