Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of waterslide decals with straight solid black lines in various widths, from very fine to heavier. It is not a kit and not a paint but a universal accessory for every scale. You pick the width of each line straight from the sheet.
For modelers who need perfectly straight fine lines without masking. They are applied exactly like ordinary waterslide decals, and a decal softener helps them settle.
The decals alone. The kit, a decal softener and clear coat are not included in the package.
