A photo-etched detail set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for a large-scale model of the Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-5/G-6 in 1:24 scale. It contains fine exterior elements of the airframe and reworked rudder pedals for the cockpit. It is not a kit but an accessory that refines a plastic model. The set is made for the Airfix kits.
The Bf 109 G was the most numerous version of the German Messerschmitt fighter in the Second World War. The G-5 and G-6 versions carried the characteristic fairings of the synchronized machine guns in front of the cockpit.
A detail accessory, not a model. Paints and glue are not included in the package.
