This set is not a kit but a detail accessory. The LööK line combines a finished color instrument panel with pre-printed dials and pre-colored steel seat belts. The cockpit gains a realistic look in a few minutes, with no painting needed. The set is intended for P-47N Thunderbolt models in 1:48 scale, specifically for the MiniArt kit.
The Republic P-47 Thunderbolt was a massive American fighter and fighter-bomber of the Second World War. The P-47N version was the last production variant, developed for long-range escort in the Pacific. It received a new wing with a greater span and an enlarged fuel load for operations over great distances.
The color panel is glued in place of the original plastic part, and the steel belts are shaped and glued into the seat. It is advisable to dust and degrease the panel before fitting it, so that the glue holds well.
This is an accessory, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
