This is NOT a model of an aircraft but a detail accessory. The RESArm set contains 3D-printed resin wheels with a realistically flattened contact patch, a fine tread and detail on the hubs, as a replacement for the simplified plastic wheels.
The MiG-27 is a Soviet attack aircraft derived from the MiG-23 airframe, adapted for strikes against ground targets with a fixed nose intake and sturdy landing gear. Wheels under load underline the weight of an aircraft standing on the ground.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted; glue and paints are not included in the package.
