Responsibility details are not available.
A refining detail set for a model of the German anti-aircraft vehicle Möbelwagen with a 3.7cm Flak gun on the Pz.Kpfw.IV chassis in 1:35 scale from the production of the Heavy Hobby brand. It is not a standalone kit of the vehicle but an accessory for experienced modelers which combines photo-etched parts, 3D-printed resin pieces and metal elements. According to the manufacturer the set contains around a hundred parts, among them a replacement exhaust, the mesh of the spent-case basket, ammunition, a muzzle brake and tools with their brackets. The base model of the vehicle has to be obtained separately.
The Möbelwagen was a German self-propelled anti-aircraft mount whose folding armored walls of the fighting compartment gave the vehicle its nickname after a furniture van. The 3.7cm Flak gun served to defend against low-flying aircraft. The set replaces the coarser plastic parts with finer ones and adds details that come out above all on the open fighting compartment and the gun mount.
Wash the 3D-printed resin parts free of uncured resin residue and cut the thin print supports off; bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Bend the photo-etched parts on a bender and attach them with super glue as well. Before installing, compare the parts with those of the base model; do the sanding of resin with respiratory protection.
The set is an accessory, not a standalone model. The base kit of the vehicle, paints and glue are not included in the package.
