HEKI decovlies wild grass late autumn, 28 by 14 cm is a mat in the brown tones of fading growth.
Responsibility details are not available.
A grass mat from the German maker HEKI from the decovlies line of a size of twenty-eight by fourteen centimeters. The fibers are applied to a practically invisible carrier mesh, the mat is torn into irregular pieces and its edge is lost in the terrain. Late autumn is the most subdued variant of the whole line: brown and ocher tones of dried up growth prevail and a minimum of green is left. Landscape with it stops coming across as fresh and begins to look cold.
On a new base apply glue from a spray can and press the mat down; on an already grassed area the fibers hold even without glue. If you are planning a snow covered scene, lay the brown grass as the lower layer and apply the snow onto it so that the stalks grow through in places; that is precisely the detail that lifts a winter diorama. Around buildings leave the growth denser, and by paths trodden down instead.
For builders of autumn and winter dioramas and layouts and for modelers who want to take color away from a scene. The brown key goes well with bare trees, with gray rock and with weathered wood alike. This is a modeling material, not a toy. The maker marks its landscaping goods as not suitable for children under fifteen years of age.
