Heki brown glue for static grass and flock, 200 milliliters in the package. The brown shade blends in with soil where the glue shows through.
Responsibility details are not available.
This glue is intended for applying fibers to terrain, that is for static grass and flock. It is applied in a continuous layer to an area into which the fibers are set straight away, and once dry it holds them upright. The package has a volume of 200 milliliters, which at the usual thin layer will cover a large area of a scene.
A piece of the surface is always visible between the fibers, and that is exactly where white glue gives away that the growth is standing on something. The brown shade solves that problem: the places that show through look like bare soil between the blades. It pays off above all with sparser growth, at the edges of roads and on areas where grass stands out only thinly. It does the same service under low growth, where the ground shows between the blades, and in places where a grassy area and bare soil meet.
Work in smaller sections, so that the layer does not dry before the fibers land on it. Spread the glue with a brush or a soft spatula and apply the grass from an electrostatic applicator straight away. Longer fibers need a somewhat thicker layer to stay standing. Do not touch the growth before the layer dries, or the fibers will lie down. Once dry, sweep the loose fibers away with a soft brush and return them to the bag. Wash the tools straight after finishing, while the glue is still fresh.
The package holds 200 milliliters of glue in a brown shade. Static grass, flock, an applicator and tools are not included, unless stated otherwise.
