A set of four self-adhesive road curves at an angle of 90 degrees with an asphalt roadway surface for N scale. It completes the straight stretches where a road changes direction.

A road on a diorama or on a layout seldom runs only straight. It is in a curve, though, that the same roadway width and a smooth arc are hardest to hold, because an arc cut out by hand usually shows on a finished scene. This set from the Heki company solves a single task, but it solves it reliably: it brings ready-made curves at an angle of 90 degrees, that is right-angled changes of direction, with an asphalt roadway surface in N scale.
Four self-adhesive curve sections at an angle of 90 degrees. Four pieces match the usual need: they are enough to go around one block of buildings or for two opposite turnings off a main road. The backing is self-adhesive, so the sections are laid without further glue. N scale corresponds to a ratio of 1:160, so one centimeter on the model stands for 1.6 meters of the real thing.
First clean the surface and free it of dust, because a self-adhesive layer will not hold on a dusty surface. Lay the sections out dry before you take off the protective film and check that the curve joins the straight stretches without a step. Stick them down from one end and press the area down from the middle out to the edges, so that no air blister stays under it. Once laid, retouch the joint between two sections with a dry pigment or with a thin paint in the shade of the roadway.
The set is for builders of dioramas and layouts in N scale who want their road network finished quickly and without cutting arcs. Straight road stretches, the paints and the other building material are not part of the package, unless stated otherwise.
