Responsibility details are not available.
Inside you will find the components for one build, full-color documentation of the procedure and good decals with two desert options. The British workshop Beacon Models handled this subversion as a package of its own, so the shape of the dust filter does not have to be made up afterward.
Sand in the North African theater destroyed superchargers faster than supplies of spare parts could keep up. The answer was a bulky filter fitted over the air intake, along with equipment for the pilot's survival in the desert. Tropicalized machines lost a little in performance, but gained fundamentally in engine life.
Two specific machines are available: the aircraft of Hauptmann Erich Gerlitz of II./JG 27 in Libya in August 1941, and the machine with works number 4964 of VII./ZG 1 in Egypt in August 1942.
The sand upper finish with olive blotches comes out well if the surfaces are first unified and only then lightened slightly in the middle of the panels. Apply dust with restraint, or the engraving will be lost in this format. Clean the flash off the filter before gluing so that it sits in line with the engine cowling.
You are buying unassembled parts. The package contains neither paints nor adhesives.
