An accessory of this kind is not bought for a diorama for its own sake but for what it does to the surroundings. An ordinary little structure at the edge of a scene convinces a viewer that someone used the place, and it thereby adds more to the credibility of the main model than a further detail on the model itself. Two variants are produced, so you can choose the rendering that suits your scene; the name itself does not describe the rendering, the box of the set shows it.
It works well to use a small structure as a counterweight to the main model: to place it in the opposite corner of the base, slightly turned and partly covered by vegetation or crates. It also suits where you need to cover an unsuccessful transition of terrain or the edge of a base. Think the placement through before you start on the terrain, so that a level place is left for it and you do not end up having to fit it into a finished surface.
If the parts are not polystyrene, they are bonded with super glue, as cement for plastic models has no effect on them. Cut excess material off with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the remainder, so that no step is left at the joint. Before painting, wash and degrease the surfaces; the exact procedure is given by the manufacturer in the instructions. Painting is easier before seating it in a scene, while all the walls can be reached. Keep the dirtying low down: the lower part should be darker and more clogged than the upper.
The accessory is sold on its own. Figures, vehicles, paints and glue do not belong with it, unless stated otherwise.
