Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit of the Volkswagen T3 delivery van in 1:25 scale, released in the rendition of the Surfer Boy pizza van after the Stranger Things series. The package contains plastic parts, rubber components, waterslide decals and instructions for building as well as for painting. Part of the mold is a newly designed roof sign, which distinguishes the van from the ordinary T3 version.
The Volkswagen T3, produced from the end of the 1970s, was the last generation of utility vehicles of this marque with the engine placed at the rear. The angular body and the roomy interior made it a working vehicle of tradesmen, a camper and a vehicle of the emergency services as well. In the fourth season of the series its yellow delivery version appears as the means of transport in which a group of heroes moves across the United States.
The model comes from the ordinary T3 kit, so it offers sliding side doors and an engine. The result stands and falls with the quality of the paint, so it pays to spray a filler primer, sand it down and apply the paint in thin layers. Before the decals come in turn, go over the surfaces with gloss varnish, so that silvery edges do not appear under them. It is advisable to assemble and paint the roof sign separately and to fit it only at the end.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The paints, the glue and the varnishes are not to be found in the box.
