This stand-alone 3D-printed kit from Reskit in 1:32 scale captures the American MD-3A aircraft tow tractor, nicknamed the Mule. The model is supplied as a set of 3D-printed resin parts, is intended for experienced modelers and will complete carrier deck scenes beautifully.
The MD-3 Mule is a low deck tractor used by the US Navy to move aircraft about on aircraft carrier decks and on airfield aprons. Thanks to its compact dimensions and low build it can move between parked machines and serves to tow a wide range of carrier-borne aircraft and helicopters.
First wash the parts free of print resin residue and cut the print supports off. Glue with cyanoacrylate and protect your airways while sanding resin. The model comes into its own with pronounced service weathering, paint chipping and the oil stains typical of deck equipment.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin set. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
