An Eduard mask set for spraying the US national insignia and D-Day invasion stripes of the P-51B Mustang fighter in 1:32 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely cut self-adhesive masks of masking paper (kabuki) for a model of the American fighter P-51B Mustang in 1:32 scale. The set serves for spraying the US national insignia and the so-called D-Day invasion stripes directly in paint, as an alternative to decals. The black and white invasion stripes were worn by Allied aircraft during the Normandy landings for easy recognition; a sprayed rendering looks more realistic than a decal and follows the surface of the airframe better.
For modelers building the P-51B Mustang in its Normandy invasion form in 1:32 scale who want accurate, realistic sprayed stripes and national insignia without decals.
This is an accessory, not a standalone model. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.
