A set of figures of Russian grenadiers of 1805 in 1:32 scale, meant for building dioramas and for painting from a reference of your own.
Responsibility details are not available.
Russian grenadiers were the picked infantry of the tsarist army. They served in grenadier regiments as well as in grenadier companies of the infantry regiments, and at first glance they were set apart by a tall cap and rich belt equipment. The set is tied thematically to the year 1805, that is, to the time of the Napoleonic Wars, when the Russian infantry fought in central Europe alongside its allies.
It is a set of figures in 1:32 scale for building dioramas as well as for display on their own. The number of figures, their poses and the painting guide are given on the box of the set and in the manufacturer's instructions.
Before painting, wash the figures in lukewarm water with a drop of dish soap and let them dry, as a degreased surface holds the paint considerably better. Cut off any excess material with a sharp blade a little way from the part and carefully sand the rest. A uniform coat of primer works well, then the broad shades of the uniform and finally a dark glaze into the folds and dry brushing on the edges. Leave the face and the crossbelts for last, because they are the most visible.
The set will please modelers with an interest in the Napoleonic Wars as well as builders of dioramas who are looking for infantry in a larger scale. Paints, glue and bases are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
