This item is not a helicopter model, but a 3D-printed resin detail set from Reskit for plastic kits of the AH-64 Apache attack helicopter in 1:35 scale from Meng. The set brings an unfolded (spread) main rotor with early blades and, with it, the AN/APG-78 Longbow radar mounted above the rotor. It is developed for the early Apache versions — A/D/E Early — which used the original form of the blades. A rotor with rendered droop and a finely detailed head gives the model the realistic, living look of a machine ready to take off.
It replaces the main rotor from the original kit and adds the Longbow radar. The base Apache kit from Meng has to be obtained separately. Watch the version of the blades: this set has early blades; the AH-64E with late (composite) blades is covered by a separate set made for Takom/Snowman kits.
Separate the parts from the supports carefully, wash them in warm soapy water and clean them up. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue. Unify the blades with a primer and matte black; wear on the leading edges and dust come from pigments and a fine wash.
This is an accessory for a model — the package contains neither the helicopter kit nor glue nor paints.
