The resin set from the Czech manufacturer CMK serves for a detailed rendition of the interior of the OH-6 light observation and reconnaissance helicopter in 1:35 scale. The set combines resin castings with color photo-etched metal. It is not a standalone model, but an accessory that improves the cabin of plastic kits of this helicopter.
The OH-6 Cayuse, nicknamed the Loach, was a small American helicopter deployed above all in the Vietnam War for reconnaissance, observation and light fire support. Its cramped glazed cabin is clearly visible through the glass, so a detailed interior tells on the model.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and bond with super glue. The color photo-etched parts are also bonded with super glue and do not need painting. We recommend finishing the interior before closing the cabin. Picking out the shadows and the scuffs lightly adds to the worn look.
The set is an accessory, not a standalone model. The helicopter kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
