PANZER ART 1:35 Panther / Jagdpanther drive wheels (late type) is a resin set of replacement drive sprockets for models of the medium tank Panther and the tank destroyer Jagdpanther. It is not a model but an upgrade accessory.

A resin set of precisely cast drive sprockets intended for models of the medium tank Pz.Kpfw. V Panther and the tank destroyer Jagdpanther in 1:35 scale. It replaces the plastic parts from the base kit with more detailed castings with faithfully rendered teeth, flanges and hub nuts. This is an aftermarket accessory for more experienced modelers, not a model on its own.
The drive sprocket transmits the power from the transmission to the track. Several forms appeared on the Panther; the heavier cast wheel of this type was used on the later production batches. The drive sprocket is steel, so flattening under load does not apply to it as it does to the tires of wheeled vehicles – the shape stays firm and circular.
First wash the mold release residue off the resin castings with warm soapy water. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a knife and clean the surfaces up; sand with respiratory protection. Bond the parts with super glue (cyanoacrylate). It is worth finishing and painting the running gear before the hull is closed; at the end, washes and pigments help with mud and dust effects.
The set contains resin parts and is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the target kit are not included in the package.
