Mitsubishi Ki-21-Ib Sally 1:72 (an Eduard mask set)

This is not a kit but a set of self-adhesive masks. The accurately shaped parts in masking tape go onto the framing of the cockpit glazing and follow its shape exactly. Once sprayed and peeled off, they leave the frames cleanly painted and the transparent areas untouched. The masks are intended for models of the Mitsubishi Ki-21-Ib Sally in 1:72 scale.

Use

  • Masking the cockpit glazing and the windows before spraying the frames.
  • Apply the masks, spray the frame color over them and lift them carefully once dry.
  • It saves time compared with laying tape by hand and makes the result more accurate.
